AutoHub Express Refund Policy

At AutoHub Express, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Refund Policy outlines our terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Return Period: Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

    • Electrical parts (e.g., batteries, sensors)

    • Items marked as “Final Sale”

    • Gift cards

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@autohub.express with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if eligible. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

  3. Shipping the Item: Once you receive the RA number, please package your item securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Refunds
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items returned in a used condition or after the return period.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items in their original condition. To exchange an item, follow the same return process above and specify that you’d like an exchange. If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact Us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on your preference and item availability.

6. Refund for Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
